What is Bubble Shooter?
Bubble shooter games go back to Taito’s arcade game Puzzle Bobble, also known as Bust-a-Move, from 1994. A cluster of coloured bubbles hangs from the top of the screen, and you fire bubbles from the bottom, bouncing them off the walls. Join three or more of one colour and they pop, and any bubbles left hanging fall. The cluster creeps down, and the game ends when it reaches you. Many versions play in browsers and on phones.
